Processing time depends on the type you purchase:
In-stock item
- Will be shipped in 2 days. Generally, we will ship in a day after payment.custom-made item
- Custom-made shoes will be available in 5 days, and other items will be available in 10-20 days.Do you offer PSPS?
Generally, we will inspect all items before shipping.
We offer PSPS after the payment, please ask if you want the preship photos.
Can exchange/return if I do not like the PSPS?
Can only exchange to the same size and the same color if has obvious fault. Do not accept exchange/return for other reasons. Thank you for understading
Get a quote for an item , not listed in the catalog?
The best way is that you can send us the webpage link of the item you are lookig for, via emai/wechat/IG.
You can also send us the photos of the items you are looking for, we will reply ASAP
What is your policy if package get seized?
If package seized by China custom, will resend. If package seized by customer's custom, no resend, no refund, custom factor is out of our control, thank you for your understanding. Can give big discount if reorder.
Packing, shipping and Delivery
All items ship without brand box by default, please ask for full package if in need, brand box will add the shipping cost.
All items are packed carefully with bubble, shipped with DHL, EMS, Epacket.
A tracking number will be sent to you via shop shipping notification, you will receive it just in around 4 days after it's shipped.
What about taxes and duties
We will value the package in low price to avoid the taxes.
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs policy. Please understand that we have no way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes in your country. We encourage you to contact your custom bureau for specific information.
